Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent cholecystectomy for Gall Bladder cancer and had plan for post operative oncological therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without any plan of postoperative oncological therapy 2. Patients died within 30-day postoperatively 3. R2 resection (Total or near complete resection not achieved) 4. Benign histology on histopathology postoperatively 5. Patients with missing postoperative therapy data

| Measure | Time frame |

| Return to intended oncological therapy (RIOT) will be considered as the date of starting postoperative adjuvant therapy (adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy) from the date of surgery. According to literature, it should be within 4 weeks or 28 days of surgery. A delay in RIOT will be considered if adjuvant therapy is delayed by more than 4 weeks or 28 days. Failure of RIOT will be considered if therapy does not commence within 90days.Timepoint: Days from the date of surgery to the first therapy of postoperative oncological Treatment usually at 4 weeks after surgery. | — |
