Interventions

Intervention1: KAP Model-Based Educational Program + Supervised Exercise Training: Warm-up 10 min (stretching and light aerobic activity)
aerobic training 15 20 min (brisk walking/cycling at 50 60% HRmax)
strengthening exercises 10 min
functional activity 3 5 min
cool-down 10 min (stretching and breathing exercises). Program conducted 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks along with KAP-based education sessions. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapy students. Both Male and Female. All year students (UG, PG,INTERNS) Aged 18 25 years. Willing to participate and provide informed consent Students who are apparently healthy and not engaged in any structured exercise program for the past three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those taking any medications. Known cardiovascular disease, respiratory, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders that restrict physical activity. (PAR-Q questionnaire) Other conditions that contraindicate exercise without medical clearance. Recent major surgery (within previous 3 months) or planned surgery during study.
