Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Weighing 45-80kg Undergoing one lung ventilation for lung resection or oesophagectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consent Bradyarrhythmias, Propofol allergy, Prolonged QT interval, Opioid addiction, Deranged hepatorenal function Patients on beta blockers
