Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with Chronic Non Specific Low Back Pain 2. Individuals with symptoms reproduced with provocation of the involved lower thoracic lumbar or sacroiliac segments or by movement, long standing hours. 3. Lumbosacral pain with mid- range motions that worsen with end range movements or positions. 4. Both male and female will be included. 5. Individuals above 18 years of age and below 45 years of age 6. Individuals with NPRS lesser than 7 7. Individuals who are willing to participate with informed consent voluntarily Low back and low back- related lower extremity pain reproduced with provocation of the involved lumbar segment(s)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with back related tumor -Patients with abdominal aneurysm -Pathological conditions such as fractures, radiating back pain, infections, rheumatic diseases. - Patients with vestibular disorders (Vertigo, Dizziness) -Patients with positive neurological signs -Patients who have had history of cerebral palsy, hemiplegia, parkinson disease, cauda equina syndrome etc -Patients suffering from ear infections and have hearing problem -Patients with severe low back pain (NPRS more than 7) -Patients with lower extremity sensory, strength or reflex deficits associated with involved nerves -Mid - back, low back and back- related radiating pain or paresthesia that are reproduced with mid- range and worsen with end range - Lower limb tension testing/ straight leg raising test Slump Test positive
