Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive badminton players (male and female) participating in intercollegiate university or zonal level competitions Age group 18 to 30 years Currently active in badminton practice or match play 4.Minimum 1 year of playing experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower limb or upper limb musculoskeletal injury in the past 3 months History of neurological vestibular or balance disorders Recent surgery affecting sports performance Currently participating in any other structured perceptual or reaction based experimental training
