Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate anxiety level score 0-35 beck inventory scale Willing to participate & provide informed content Not currently practicing yoga/any physical activity Able to perform light-moderate physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent major life stress or trauma Diagnosed psychiatric disorders ( depression, panic attack) Uses of any anti anxiety drugs/ anti depressants drug Participation in any other stress management program during the study period
