Inclusion criteria: Gestational age between 20-32 weeks of gestation period Voluntary participation with informed consent

Exclusion criteria: Acute pregnancy complications Persistent vaginal bleeding in mid- or late pregnancy Severe heart, liver, lung, or kidney disease Mobility impairment
