Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 60 years Known or newly diagnosed case of MASLD (Ultrasound Grade I, II, or III) Willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age less than 20 or more than 60 years Taking alcohol frequently Known case of liver diseases other than MASLD History of any liver infection within last 6 months Patients on hepatotoxic medications
