Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case or newly diagnosed case of primary Hypothyroidism S.TSH more than 4.31 IU/ml and Free T4 less than 0.82ng/dL Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with age below 18 years and above 60 years. Patients of other than primary Hypothyroidism, Pregnancy, lactating mother, active malignant disease, patient affected with any other endocrine disorders.
