Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-op ACL reconstruction Individuals Willing to participate and provide informed consent Both male and female Age : 20-40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ACL reconstruction with meniscal repair to avoid extended immobilization and confounding effect on early cycling Postoperative complications such as infection, graft failure Athletes
