Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive players with more than 10 hours per day of gaming experience. Age: 18 35 years. Willingness to engage in cognitive physical and HI-PULSE training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than six months or 5 hours per day competitive gaming. No similar cognitive physical training in the last six months High caffeine intake nicotine or recreational drugs No musculoskeletal cardiovascular or neurological disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Changes in cognitive function assessed through P300 event-related potential latency and amplitude. Changes in sleep quality assessed using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Changes in autonomic nervous system activity assessed using Heart Rate Variability (HRV) parameters analyzed through Kubios HRV software.Timepoint: 5 weeks

Changes in reaction time & attentional performance. Changes in perceived stress & mental fatigue levels. Changes in gaming-specific performance parameters. Changes in physiological recovery indicators including resting heart rate. Participant adherence & compliance to training protocol.Timepoint: 5 WEEKS
