Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patents of age more than 18 yr. Patent scheduled for laparoscopy surgery under general anaesthesia. Patent who are able to provide written and informed consent Patent with ASA status I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give written and informed consent Hemodynamically unstable patent (patents in shock or on vasopressor support) History of drug allergy/allergy to study drugs Pregnant and lactating patent Patents with ASA class IV or more Those scheduled for cancer surgery Those undergoing emergency surgery Those with chronic pain on medication Hypotension, Bradycardia, atrioventricular, intraventricular or Sinoatrial block
