Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain history more than or equal to three months Pain score more than 4 on visual analog scale neck disability index more or equal to 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical surgery or injury or accident History of inflammatory or neurological diseases Sensorial or muscular paralysis Vestibular disorder or balance disorder that may affect joint position sense Shoulder pathology such as rotator cuff tear adhesive capsulitis or shoulder instability Joint hypermobility Systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus
