Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. School and college going students. 2. Participant must be using smartphone for 4hrs. or more per day continuously from past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No musculoskeletal pain due to any past medical history. 2. Individuals registered for some fitness training. 3. Individual with some impaired cognition.
