Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Undergoing CABG without any valvular abnormalities 2 Age been 60 and 75 years 3 Elective CABG for CAD (DVD, TVD) 4 LVEF more than 40% 5 No significant valvular abnormality. 6.Both genders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other associated structural cardiac abnormalities. 1 LVEF less than 40% 2 Preoperative inotropes 3 Mechanical ventilation 4 Emergency CABG 5 Moderate or severe MR, TR, AS, AR 6 Known allergy to the local anesthetic drug used in the procedure. 7 Inability to comply with study requirements
