Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive under 19 gymnasts(both male and female) training at the selected stadium with minimum training experience of 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gymnasts suffering from any chronic illness or injury affecting dietary intake or body composition or gymnasts currently using any medications affecting metabolism or appetite.
