Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients belonging to ASA ( american society of anaesthesiologist) physical status grade one and two. 2. Patients willing to give written and informed consent. 3.Patients of either sex. 4.Age group 20 to 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients 2.patients with ENT surgery or with suspected difficult intubation. 3.Patients with drugs affecting autonomic nervous system or on antihypertensives . 4.Patients with allergy to the corresponding study drug.
