Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Hypothyroidism with BMI greater than or equal to 25 kilogram per metre square. Who are under Conventional medicine for Hypothyroidism for more than 1 year. TSH Under normal limit Who are willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactating mothers. Obesity due to other metabolic or endocrine disorders like PCOS. Known case of Uncontrolled systemic illness like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Cardiovascular diseases. Participants undergoing Steroid therapy. Known case of Malignancy.
