Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Unilateral Vestibulopathy Canal paresis more than or equal to 25% on caloric testing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Central neurological signs 2. Bilateral vestibulopathy 3. Any abnormal radiological finding 4. Severe cervical spine disease 5. Psychiatric illness contraindicating VR use 6. Refusal to give informed consent
