Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative patients admitted in Surgical Intensive Care Unit willing to participate and available during data collection period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Palliative care patients or those with a documented decision for comfort-focused care only. Terminal illness with expected survival less than 48 hours (as per treating team). Re-admissions to SICU for the same index admission where the bundle was already applied previously (to avoid duplicate counting)
