Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE Between 18 to 25 Individual With Craniovertebral Angle Less Then 50 Degree Measure On MB Ruler Individual With Minimum Of One Trigger Point In The Upper Trapezius

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual With Severe Neck Pain NRS Greater Then 6 Cervical Radiculopathy Spondylosis History Of Cervical Spine Surgery Any Known Blood Disorder
