Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who presented with the signs & symptoms Bhagandara w.s.r.to Fistula.in Ano Patient will be selected randomly irrespective of sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering with systemic disorders such as diabetes mellitus, HTN, Tuberculosis, HIV and Hepatitis.Patient who is not willing to give consent. Subjects having: Multiple fistula in-ano Fistula-in-ano associated with fissure-in-ano Fistula-in-ano associated with hemorrhoid and Malignancy will be exclude
