Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reduced grip strength less than 28kg for men, less than 18kg for female and SARC-F questionnaire score less than or equal to 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any fracture/surgery of the upper limb in past 6 months, upper limb chronic disease e.g. rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis of hand or wrist, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal problems related to upper limb
