Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men aged 50 to 80 years diagnosed with BPH. Scheduled for monopolar or bipolar TURP. Preoperative IPSS score greater than 13 moderate to severe LUTS Mental capacity to understand and perform PFMT instructions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurogenic bladder (e.g., Parkinson s disease, spinal cord injury). History of prostate cancer or previous urethral surgery. Documented detrusor underactivity (hypocontractile bladder) on preoperative urodynamics (if available). Severe urethral stricture disease.
