Interventions

Intervention1: Manual myofacial release: Manual myofascial release (MFR) techniques will be applied to the upper quarter musculature, specifically targeting the upper trapezius, levator scapulae, rhom
active shoulder flexion and abduction restricted within a pain-free range
and targeted postural strengthening exercises for the scapular stabilizers. Each supervised session will last 10 15 minutes. The exercises will be performed 5 times per week for a total duration of 4

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Office workers aged 25 to 50 years Experiencing posture related neck pain or upper back discomfort for at least 4 weeks Willing to participate. Absence of any previous medical condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of cervical trauma inflammatory conditions, neurological deficits contraindications to manual therapy. History of any past medical condition other than neck pain.
