Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 18 to 45 years scheduled to undergo elective endoscopic nasal surgeries and are classified as ASA 1 and ASA 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dexmeditomedine allergy 2.Patient refusal for the study procedure 3.ASA physical status 3 and 4 4.Patients with previous history of any know allergy 5.Severe hepatic impairement patients 6.elderly patients 7.patient with cardiac abnormality of 2nd and 3rd degree heart block
