Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-60 patients who willingly give the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 or above 60 severe psychiateric illness

Primary outcome will be improvement in insomnia severity assessed using standardized insomnia assessment scale i.e Insomnia severity index.Timepoint: 4 weeks and at 8 weeks
