Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy undergraduate medical students 2. Age between 18 25 years 3. Both male and female students 4. Students who will provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital lower limb malformations or deformities, such as clubfoot. 2. History of foot or ankle surgery, lower limb surgery or fracture. 3. Neuromuscular disorders affecting posture or gait, including paralysis. 4. Current lower limb injury or pain. 5. Serious joint conditions or diseases, such as ankylosis. 6. Serious foot or leg injuries, such as fractures or acute pathological processes.

| The primary outcome of the study will be to assess the prevalence and distribution of different plantar arch types among 250 undergraduate medical students and to evaluate their association with Body Mass Index (BMI) and gender.
