Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male partner providing fresh ejaculate sample for ICSI Semen concentration Greater than 10 million per mL Male age 22 to 45 years Female age less than 38 years Greater Than 12 mature MII oocytes retrieved

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe male factor infertility as per World Health Organization 2021 criteria Donor gamete cycles Severe male factor infertility as per WHO 2021 criteria Known sperm DNA Fragmentation Index Greater than 30% if pre-tested Surgically retrieved sperm TESA PESA micro-TESE Less than 12 MII oocytes retrieved Sero discordant highrisk infected couples
