Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The individual should be diagnosed as ischemic stroke 2. Post-stroke duration: 15 days to 1 month 3. The individual can follow simple verbal instructions 4. Cleared for following physiotherapy and medically stable 5. The individual can walk at least 10m with or without assistance 6. Should was motor impairment which effect balance and mobility 7. Can sit independently for over 30 seconds 8. The individual is willing to give consent 9. Not following any other rehabilitation program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If an individual is suffering from hemorrhagic or recurrent stroke Having severe cognitive impairment (MMSE less than 24) Having any other neurological conditions affecting movement or balance The individual is having unstable cardiovascular or respiratory conditions Any musculoskeletal disorders which can limit mobility Having unstable hypertension or vital signs Severe visual, vestibular, or perceptual impairments Any condition hindering communication Having recent fractures or orthopedic surgery with in 6 months Participating in another structured rehabilitation program
