Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female cricket fast bowlers, Fast bowlers actively participating in cricket training/competition, Presence of low back pain related to bowling activity, Reduced hip internal rotation range of motion, Posterior shoulder tightness, Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years, History of spinal fracture, spinal surgery, or severe spinal deformity, Acute musculoskeletal injury of the shoulder, hip, or spine in the last 3 months, Neurological disorders affecting movement or sensation, Systemic or inflammatory diseases affecting joints, Non-cooperative participants or those unwilling to continue in the study

MeasureTime frame
Immediate change in low back pain intensity following combined posterior shoulder capsule release and hip internal rotation mobilization in fast bowlers, measured using VAS scale Immediate change in hip internal rotation range of motion measured using a universal goniometer. Time Point: Pre-intervention and immediately post-intervention. Immediate change in posterior shoulder capsule tightness assessed using the Low Flexion Test. Time Point: Pre-intervention and immediately post-interventionTimepoint: Pre-intervention and immediately post-intervention.
