Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male amateur futsal players aged 18 to 30 years. Minimum of one year of continuous futsal playing experience. Regular training at least three times per week. Willing to participate in the full ten week intervention period. Able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb surgery or injury within the past six months. Currently participating in a structured warm up or mobility training program. Medical conditions that contraindicate physical activity. Use of medications that may affect balance coordination or muscle function.
