Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have not used any NSAIDS drugs 1 week before surgery Patients who do not have any underlying systemic conditions Patients who on evaluation have moderate surgical difficulty score on Pedersons index( SCORE 5 to 7) Patients with ASA status I and having normal bleeding & clotting time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. Patients with presence of any systemic disorders .Patients with previous history of radiation therapy. Patients allergic to any material or drug used in the study. Pregnant or lactating female subjects. Patients who have any pathologies at the extraction site( Eg; cyst, odontome, etc.)
