Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Willingness to participate and give written informed consent. 2) Subject diagnosed with oligospermia (sperm count less than 15 million/ml) with a known history of primary or secondary infertility, associated with or without sexual dysfunction, will be selected for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Azoospermia or aspermia. 2) K/C/O Active genitourinary infection, STD, Gonorrhoea, Varicocele (grade 3 and above), Hydrocele. 3) On Medications or substance use affecting fertility (e.g steriods,Heavy alcohol), use of cytotoxic drugs, immunosuppresants, Anti TB drugs, Anticonvulsants, Androgens or antiandrogens. 4) Traumatic or surgical conditions of Genito-urinary tract like scrotal or inguinal surgery. 4) K/C/O Orchitis, Testicular torsion, Cryptochidism, Penile Trauma, Prostatomegaly. 5) History of Drug abuse, CNS injury. 6) History of Cancer and ongoing chemotherapy. 7) History of significant medical conditions that could affect infertility or interfere with study participation including severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled HTN, DM, Renal failure, Liver disease or malignancy. 8) Neurological or psychiatric disease to potentially compromise study date collection. 9) Diagnosed case of genetic defects like Klinefelter Syndrome and Mosaic Variants. 10) Congenital anomalies of Urethra (e.g Stricture of Urethra). 11) Contraindication for Uttarabasti.
