Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent from parents/guardians and child assent Cooperative for clinical and radiographic examination Clinically identified as mouth breathers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Behavioral or cognitive impairments Partially filled questionnaires Craniofacial anomalies or syndromes History of prior orthodontic or surgical airway interventions

Proportion of mouth-breathing children diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) using overnight pulse oximetry, assessed by apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and oxygen desaturation index.Timepoint: 10 hours

Craniofacial airway dimensions in mouth-breathing children assessed using lateral cephalometric radiograph.
