Intervention1: USG guided bilateral ESP block for 24 hr postop.( every 2hrly): USG guided bilateral ESP block for postoperative analgesia using Ropivacaine and dexamethasone as an adjuvant in Cesarea

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient scheduled for elective/emergency caesarean section 2) ASA II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the site of procedure 2. Intolerance or allergy to local anaesthetics. 3. Chronic opioid use 4. Inability to communicate pain scores or need for analgesia . 5. Patient on SSRIs, SNRIs, gabapentin, or pregabalin. 6 Neurologic deficit or disorder 7. Blood thinning disorder or taking anticoagulant medication.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the postoperative analgesic efficacy between erector spinae plane block and transverses abdominis plane block for 24 hoursTimepoint: Evaluate on the basis of NRS score in first 24 hours postoperatively

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare total dose of Diclofenac used. 2. To compare maternal satisfaction. 3. To compare the hemodynamic parameters. 4. To observe any side effects or procedure related complications. Timepoint: 24 Hours
