Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Consenting Patients. -Patients who have been diagnosed as having myocardial infarction on the basis of ecg and other clinical symptoms and who are admitted for the treatment of the same in ACHARYA VINOBA BHAVE RURAL HOSPITAL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of sepsis. Coexisting inflammatory disease, or hyperdynamic states like severe aortic regurgitation,severe anaemia,thyrotoxicosis.
