Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects will be healthy individuals 2. Aged 18 to 35 years old 3. All genders 4. The subject should have no history of lower limb injury in the last 6 months 5. Subjects should be able to understand instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal injury or surgery in lower limb affecting Gait 2.Any neurological disorders that will hamper balance 3. pain during testing 4. BMI > 30 5. Current muscle soreness due to intense exercise within last 48 hours 6. any Vestibular disorders 7. Participation in balance training programs within last 3 months 8. Pregnancy
