Intervention1: Color therapy and music therapy : 20-day program with 30-min daily blue light + relaxing music sessions. 25 min exposure (50 70 cm distance) + 2 min cool-down. Conducted 7 8 AM
screen exposure before sleep limited. Aimed to enhance relaxation via sensory and autonomic pathways. Control Intervention1: Nil: Nil

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diagnosed psychiatric disorders Psychiatric disorders Sleep related disorders Neurological condition Photosensitivity or light intolerance Current use of medication or supplements affecting stress, mood or sleep. Visual impairments or ongoing eye conditions.
