Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All Patients aged between 18 to 70 years of either gender of ASA grade I-II scheduled for total hip arthroplasty surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent Patients who cannot assess their pain (Patient with neurological and cognitive impairment) Infection at the local anaesthetics administration site History of coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis Patients with BMI less than 40
