Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with myogenous or mixed temporomandibular disorders Patients with moderate to severe TMD symptoms based on Fonsecca questionnaire patients willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with musculoskeletal disorders Patients with a history of TMJ surgery or trauma Patients unwilling to use mobile application
