Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both hypertensive and normotensive patients are taken. They belong to different socio economic status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ARenal Impairment: Patients with known renal impairment or chronic kidney disease, as this can significantly impact serum uric acid levels independent of hypertension. Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals, as pregnancy can influence serum uric acid levels and confound study results. Severe Comorbidities: Patients with severe comorbidities or conditions that may limit their ability to participate in the study or confound study results. Medication Effects: Patients receiving medications known to influence serum uric acid levels, such as diuretics (thiazides, loop diuretics), urate-lowering agents (allopurinol, probenecid), or other medications affecting purine metabolism, unless these medications have been stabilized for at least one month prior to enrolment
