Inclusion criteria: Case will be selected between the age of 6 months to 12 year, irrespective of genders Cases with functional changes or with reversable pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with congenital anomaly, Chronic Diarrhoeal disease & on other mode of treatment .
