Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are receiving in-patient services in general wards of the selected tertiary care hospital in Mangaluru who are able to provide verbal response to the questionnaire administered by the researcher in understandable language with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are receiving ICU services and with neurological deficits and mentally challenged individuals and those who are not available at the time of data collection
