Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children aged 8t o 13 years with CVMI staging of 2 or 3, coming to AB Shetty Dental College in Department of Pediatrics and Preventive Dentistry who haven t received any orthodontic treatment. 2) Wits appraisal of -1mm to -5mm. 3) ANB angle 0 or less 4) Are cooperative in doing lateral photometry 5) Anterior cross bite or incisor end to end relationship

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants who have a congenital missing tooth, 2) Genetic or congenital craniofacial deformities 3) Temporomandibular joint disorders, 4) A history of upper body surgery or current pain limiting activities, 5) Scoliosis and systemic diseases 6) Mouth breathing habit. 7) Patients requiring surgical intervention for Class III correction (Wits appraisal reading greater than -5mm)
