Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing unilateral TKR under SAB 2.Patients of either sex between 25-75 years of age 3.ASA PS grade 1-3 4.BMI 18-35kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe valgus deformity 2.Neurological deficit 3.Cognitive dysfunction 4.Any contraindication for neuraxial blockade 5.Chronic opioid consumption(daily or almost daily use of opioids for morethan 3months) 6.Operative limb neuropathy 7.Hypersensitivity and/or allergies to local anaesthetic (LA) of any of the study medications
