Intervention1: Long Induction stimulus interval (ISI 90 - 120sec): Standard anaesthesia protocol will be followed and patients will be premedicated with iv glycopyrrolate 0.01mg/kg iv , iv fentanyl 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of ASA grade I - II Age group of 18-50 years of either sex Scheduled to receive bilateral modified ECT Diagnosed with major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or catatonia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of seizure disorder or epilepsy Pregnancy Patients with implants Allergy to study drugs Patients with systemic comorbidities
