Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group for 3 denition phases will be Primary group- 4 to 5 years, Mixed group- 6 to 12 years, Permanant dentition group - 13 to 16 years 2. Cooperative healthy voluntary participation 3.Children with no habits 4.Children who are not undergoing any orthodontic treatment 5. Children with erupted permanant molars in mixed dentition 6. Children only with minor discrepancy in spacing or crowding 7. Children with normal overjet and overbite

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with systemic conditions and medically compromised children 2. Children with ongoing orthodontic treatment 3.Severe crowding, spacing , crossbite and openbite 4.Children with temporomandibular disorders 5.Children on any medications that may affect the gingival blood flow 6. No infection in the oral cavity 7. Children with multiple carious teeth
