Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-40 years. Kyphosis more than 42 degrees Forward head posture more than 45 degrees Rounded shoulder more than 52 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital neck & shoulder deformity recent fracture or injury in cervical and shoulder region in past 6 months. Diagnosed patients with malignancy of soft tissue joints.
