Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 4 to 8 years. 2.Healthy children with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status one and two. 3.Cooperative children with positive or definitely positive Frankl behaviour rating. 4.Restorable bilateral mandibular primary second molars requiring full coverage restoration due to multisurface caries or following pulp therapy. 5.Parents willing to allow their children to participate and provide written informed consent. 6.Teeth not expected to exfoliate for at least 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with preshedding mobility, abscess, sinus tract, or pathological root resorption. 2.Children with parafunctional habits such as bruxism. 3.History of allergy to dental materials. 4.Teeth which is not restorable. 5.Teeth with developmental defects or severe malformation. 6.Patient with any systemic diseases with oral manifestations that can influence outcome, will be excluded.
